FAQ 1 : What do I do after I log-in?
Ans : After you log-in, check the 'role' assigned to you at the top header.
If you have multiple roles assigned by the church (e.g. Cell-Leader as well as Zone Supervisor)? Select the appropriate role accordingly.
FAQ 2 : What can I do as a Cell-Leader?
Ans : As a Cell-Leader, you can
i) Update the cell-group weekly attendance
ii) Perform basic cell-group administration
iii) Keep record of New Visitors’ follow-up status.
FAQ 3 : How can I update the cell-group weekly attendance?
Ans : The steps to update the cell-group weekly attendance are: -
i) Select the ‘CELL GROUP’ tab
ii) Select the ‘Attendance’ tab
iii) Select the appropriate cell-group
iv) Select the required Year and Month.
(Do take note that the updating of cell-group is only open till the 1st week of the following month after which you can only view the attendance of the other months)
v) Select the appropriate week.
vi) Update the member’s attendance and input any remarks accordingly.
vii) If all the members are present, you can select ‘Select all(Cell)’ and all the member’s attendance will be selected.
viii) If there is no cell-meeting for the week, you must select ‘No Cell Meeting’ as the average attendance of the Cell is calculated based on this selection.
This implies that you must still log-in to select this option even if there is no cell-meeting for the week.
ix) Select ‘Submit’
FAQ 4 : What are the basic cell-group administration functions available to me?
Ans : The basic cell-group administration functions available to you are: -
i) View the details of your members
ii) View the monthly attendance of your members
iii) Request for Pastoral care for your members
iv) Request for change of ‘membership status’ for your members
v) Request to transfer your members to other cell-group
vi) Add New Visitors to your cell-group

Ans : The steps to access the basic cell-group administration functions are: -
i) Select the ‘CELL GROUP’ tab
ii) Select the ‘Cell Group Admin’ tab
iii) Select the appropriate cell-group

i) Select the ‘CELL GROUP’ tab
ii) Select the ‘Cell Group Admin’ tab
iii) Select the appropriate cell-group
iv) Select ‘View Details’ of the cell-member.

Ans : The steps to view the monthly attendance of your members are: -
i) Select the ‘CELL GROUP’ tab
ii) Select the ‘Cell Group Admin’ tab
iii) Select the appropriate cell-group
iv) Select ‘View Attendance’ of the cell-member.

Ans : The Pastoral Care options you can request for your members are: -
i) Water Baptism
ii) Hospital Visitation
iii) Funeral Service
iv) Home Visitation
FAQ 9 : How can I request Pastoral Care for my members?
Ans : The steps to request Pastoral Care for your members are: -
i) Select the ‘CELL GROUP’ tab
ii) Select the ‘Cell Group Admin’ tab
iii) Select the appropriate cell-group
iv) Select ‘Request’ of the cell-member
v) Select the appropriate options
vi) Select ‘Submit’
FAQ 10 : How can I request for change of ‘membership status’ for my members?
Ans : The steps to request for change of ‘membership status’ for your members are: -
i) Select the ‘CELL GROUP’ tab
ii) Select the ‘Cell Group Admin’ tab
iii) Select the appropriate cell-group
iv) Select ‘Change’ of the cell-member
v) Select the appropriate status to change to
vi) Select the effective date for the change
vii) Select ‘Submit’
The request will be submitted to the respective regional pastors to approve and effect the change.
FAQ 11 : How can I request to transfer my members to other cell-group?
Ans : The steps to request for change of ‘membership status’ for your members are: -
i) Select the ‘CELL GROUP’ tab
ii) Select the ‘Cell Group Admin’ tab
iii) Select the appropriate cell-group
iv) Select the appropriate members at the ‘Transfer Member’ column
v) Select ‘Transfer’
vi) Select the appropriate cell-group to transfer to
vii) Select ‘Submit’
The request will be submitted to the respective regional pastors to approve and effect the change.
FAQ 12 : How can I add New Visitors to my cell-group?
Ans : The steps to add New Visitors to your cell-group are: -
i) Select the ‘CELL GROUP’ tab
ii) Select the ‘Cell Group Admin’ tab
iii) Select the appropriate cell-group
iv) Select ‘Add’ at the visitors section
v) Input either the name or nric of the visitor
vi) Input the necessary information
vii) Select ‘save’
FAQ 13 : How can I keep record of New Visitors' Follow-up status?
Ans : The steps to update the record of New Visitors' Follow-up status are: -
i) Select the ‘CELL GROUP’ tab
ii) Select the ‘Visitor Follow-up’ tab
iii) Select the appropriate Visitor's name
iv) Select the appropriate Follow-up actions taken
v) Select the appropriate Status
vi) Select the appropriate reason if applicable
vii) Select ‘save’
