CHURCH ADMINISTRATOR
The Church Administrator reports directly to the Senior Pastor and is accountable to the Church Board Elders for the efficient and effective administration of all church business affairs. Oversee the collection, processing, depositing, recording and disbursement of all church monies in accordance with established accounting principles and policies of the church.
Establish, maintain and execute human resources policies and procedures
Handle all human resources matters of the church staff, including payroll, compensation and benefits administration
Direct the physical maintenance of the church building and related facilities.
Requirements:
Minimum diploma in Business Administration
5 - 8 years minimum experience in administration. Experience in church administration will be a plus.
Strong organizational/administrative skills.
Effectively bilingual (English and Mandarin) with strong writing and communication skills.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required for effective interface with all contacts at all levels within and outside the organization.
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent leadership and exercise sound judgment, discretion, confidentiality and integrity.
