7. Booking cancellations must be informed at least 1 week in advance.
8. The person making the booking shall be responsible for any damages to the properties of church himself/herself or his/her guests in the course of using the facilities. He/she is also responsible for the conduct of his/her guests in the use of the facilities.
9. Smoking is strictly prohibited and no cooking or washing by caterers is permitted within the premises. No food and drinks are permitted in the rooms.
10. No double-sided tapes are to be used on any part of the church premises.
11. The applicant must ensure that the place is restored to its original position after usage.
12. All rubbish must be cleared immediately after the event and must be brought outside the church.
13. All events must end by 2200hrs without fail, except for church level meetings.
14. Applicants who violate any of the above rules and regulations will render themselves liable to be prohibited from future usage.
15. Bethel Assembly of God Church shall not be responsible for any damage and loss of belongings, injury or death or accident whatsoever arising from the use the church facilities.
16. The Church reserves the right to amend any rule or regulation from time to time as the need arises without assigning any reason to anybody.
17. Rooms will be opened for use during office hours from Tuesdays to Saturdays, ie 0900hrs – 2200hrs. For Sunday, the timing is from 1300hrs, subject to availability.
18. Pantry must be kept clean and dry after use. Please wipe the sink area dry and hang the cloth on the hanger.
19. Any spillage on the floor must be cleaned up. Mop can be found in the common pantry area.
